The Giant Internet IC Masturbator (or GIICM for short) was created by Frank A. Vorstenbosch (falstaff@xs4all.nl) after such a thing was discussed on sci.electronics. The name is due to (Steve Waltz), and any suggestions on changing it will be forwarded to /dev/null.
This is an early WWW version built from version [2.12] -- there may be some bugs yet. The program (and it's C source code) to convert the GIICM source code into HTML will become available on FTP; most likely on Steve's FTP site, so you can put a copy on your site if you feel like it.
Note that Filip the Vowel Challenged has had another version of the Giant Internet IC Masturbator on the WWW for some time now (on http://www.paranoia.com/~filipg). This is the first version produced by me, and it is also organized different from Filip's.
